We breathe on average 20,000 times a day and our state of being is directly affected by the way we are breathing. 

We spend time thinking about what we are eating,  how we are sleeping, whether we are exercising, but how often do we think about your breath as a way to improve your health?

Breathwork is the simplest, yet one of the most effective tools for transforming our mental, physical and emotional health. Our breath is the only system in our body that is both automatic and we can consciously control, offering you a wonderful opportunity to master the body-mind connection and rediscover the power within us.

Octavia offers a variety of weekly group sessions via zoom. Using simple breath techniques to induce you into a state of calm. Most of these techniques you can take away and use them at any point in any moment as a wonderful tool that you always have with you.
